How this will work

Through the Integrated Living Academy we will unpack and explore the three pillars of an integrated life. Personal mastery, relationship mastery and Mastery of purpose.

Each pillar contains elements of education, reflection and application with all the tools and resources you need to be ably to apply the work into your life. This is the fundamental purpose of this course. Application in to life.

Hey, I’m Nerida

I have creted this program specifically to have a process to take people through where, on the other side, they are ably to utilise their life as medicine. To unpack the gifts this life provides in the form of guidance, activations and own uniqueness that enable us to express the fullness of who we are expanding deserving and capacity along the way.

This is a course that has taken me 20 years of lived experience to build and is the culmination of my lifes work.

I have lived this course, fumbling in the dark, trying to understand why, what and how of life without the ability to read the map I felt present that was trying to show me the way. So I have created this course to make map readers of us all.
