From our private online community, you will join me for 3! Yes 3 live sessions each week.
Sundays is training day. We dive deep into the awareness piece. Opening your perspective and understanding around what influences your reality and how you can implement that into your own life.
Wednesdays is coaching day. We come together and explore real life, real time experiences of putting into practice the work we are moving through. This is not a knowledge gathering experience, but an integrative one.
Friday mornings is all about somatic healing. The body and mind work as one. We will be working with the body to help release stored emotions or blocked thinking patterns to free you up to embody the work we are learning.
